The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This painting of Toto on the road to Oz would be best viewed at full size. There is a witch looking on from the top of the house in the background. You just know she is about to do something wicked. Her wand is winding up to do some damage unless Toto warns Dorothy in time.
